Working for Principal Contractor, Warings Construction under a Design and Build Contract through the Southern Construction Framework, we provided Architect and Lead Designer Services to deliver the technical design and construction detailing.
Initially, our team assisted Warings at the bidding and interview stages, providing design evaluation, assisting with tender pricing through provision of initial design input and providing advice on value engineering options which included vibro-compaction of the substructure to improve bearing capacity for the ground slab.
