WEA provided Architect Services to Mildren Construction Limited under a Design and Build Contract for the production of technical and construction information for the development of a new industrial building comprising 14No adjoining units totaling 347m in length.
The building was part of the developer contributions for the adjacent large residential development and the site was constrained by the Brighton Main Railway Line to the west and the residential development to the remaining boundaries.
WEA supported Mildren Construction Limited with the provision of technical and construction information and the coordination of specialist contractor’s design information.
The project was completed in the Summer of 2021.
