Working for Travis Perkins Properties Limited, WEA provided Architect and Lead Designer Services alongside sister company JPP Consulting as Civil and Structural Engineers.
The project involved the remodelling of an existing industrial unit in Valley Park Industrial Estate, Watford into a new Travis Perkins Store.
The works included:
• Design of the internal remodelling and external yard works
• Installation of a new steel framed mezzanine
• Layout of new material storage racking in the warehouse and external areas
WEA and JPP provided surveying, architectural, structural and civil design, and site inspection services to Travis Perkins.
Design works were commenced in October 2017. Construction works were commenced in January 2018 and were completed in April 2018 to meet the deadline for merchandising and store launch.
